AskVeda — Delete Your Account & Data

Delete everything from inside the app

1. Open AskVeda and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, every chart and its birth details, your full chat history, and your reports, and removes your sign-in record from Firebase Authentication. It cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

Email admin@askveda.org from the Google account you used to sign in, with the subject "AskVeda account deletion request". We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You can delete individual charts (which also deletes their chat history) from the Profile tab at any time, or use Reset Chart & Data to clear all charts and conversations while keeping your account.
